We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Customers have 35 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for any reason—including if you simply changed your mind. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in good condition, with no significant signs of wear, damage, or alteration. Items that arrive damaged or defective should be reported within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

If you’re returning an item because you no longer want it, return shipping costs are your responsibility. We do not provide pre-paid return labels for voluntary returns. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure the item reaches us safely. We cannot issue a refund for items lost during return shipping.

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We do not charge a restocking fee, but any original shipping costs are non-refundable. Items that are returned in poor condition or beyond the 35-day window may not be eligible for a refund.

If you received the wrong item, or if your order was lost or severely damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can resolve it quickly. We believe in fair policies that protect both our customers and our small business. We reserve the right to deny a return if the item does not meet our policy criteria.
